Please note, by registering to volunteer with Going Places, you are agreeing to the understanding that there are certain dangers, hazards, and risks inherent in volunteering in the activities to be engaged in during the bike build and bike reveal which can cause personal injury, death and property damage. By registering to volunteer, you are agreeing that you further understand that Going Places, Going Places' Board of Directors, CCSD, the participating school, and the location of the bike build cannot and does not assume responsibility for any such personal injury, death or property damage. You are participating as a volunteer on a voluntary basis and have not been induced to do so by Going Places or any other person. 

By registering to volunteer with Going Places, you are agreeing to assume all the risks surrounding your participation in the bike build and/or bike reveal and in the activities you undertake in connection therewith; and you release and forever discharge the Going Places, CCSD, the participating, and the location of the bike build, their trustees, officers, agents, employees, from any and all liability for any injury, damage, loss, cost or expense (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees) of any nature that you may at any time have or incur, arising out of or in any manner related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to suffering and death, that may be sustained to you or by any property belonging to you while volunteering with Going Places.
